How it works
Arrival
Each piece is photographed as a full set and logged on arrival.
Safekeeping
The watch is kept in our office safe, with its box and papers on record.
On record
Every movement is recorded, so there is never a question of where a piece is.
Release
When you are ready, we prepare it for collection or ship it insured to wherever you need it.
Questions
Does storing a watch transfer ownership?
No. Holding a watch never transfers ownership; it remains yours throughout.
Is my watch insured while you hold it?
Our facility is insured, and we ask that you insure each watch for its full market value, as set out in our Service Agreement. We can arrange cover at your cost on request.
How long may I store a watch?
Fourteen days are included in every package. Longer storage is available at the rate agreed with you.
May I collect it in person?
Certainly, during office hours by appointment. Please message us beforehand so that we are prepared for your visit.
